Reunion FAQs

  1. Do I have to pay to attend all the events?
    • While we hope that everyone is able to attend all events, we do realize that life happens and it's not always feasible.   With that in mind we have included 3 package options with the hope that one addresses your specific needs.
  2. If I pay and can't attend, will I receive a refund?
    • We are responsible for paying our vendors for their services so no refunds will be issued.
  3. Do I have to pay the full amount at one time?
    • We have put together a suggested payment schedule to accomodate different budgets and pay cycles.   Deposits to secure your space are due by May 25th and all final payments are due August 15th.
  4. What events can my children attend?
    • The picnic Saturday and Sunday activities are open to families.  Please advise that Sunday brunch fees are $25.00 per person and $15.00 for additional guest at the picnic Saturday.
  5. Am I just paying to ride the bus on Friday?
    • While the bus is a component of the Friday activity, it is not the only source of the cost.   At the Main Event we will have a dedicated room for an hour.  There will be 2hours of unlimited activities.  Each guest will receive a $10 game card.  Food will also be provided.  Memories and fun are the priceless benefits.
  6. Can you tell me more about Saturday?
    • Saturday's picnic will be a fun time for all.  DJ, catered menu by Chef Anthony Head, bounce houses for youth and adults, and plenty of time to socialize.
